When should a foot reflexology
treatment be considered?
As the foot reflex zones reflect the body as a whole, this massage can be used for the following complaints and pains, for instance:
- Headaches and migraines
- Shoulder and neck pain or tension
- Joint pain in the hips, elbows or knees
- Menstrual cramps
- Hay fever
In the context of my work, foot reflexology is generally used to:
- relax and regenerate the body
- strengthen the immune system
- detoxify the organism
